Who am I!
born in Germany
moved to New York in 2010

My philosophy
Do it with passion!

My sportive achievements:
running a marathon without training
cycling 500 miles along the Californian West Coast in 10 days by myself without training

How did I do this
Don’t ask me. I don’t know. Just start running or cycling and think about the time you saved without practicing for such events :-) Seriously, I might be a little bit different but I talked to a couple of people who did the same and we agreed that usually 90% is mentally and 10% physically.

Am I crazy:
maybe a little bit
